Serena Diaz, LSW

I offer telehealth to clients throughout Illinois. I work with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the stress of trying to do it all. Many of my clients are survivors of childhood trauma, loss, and others are neurodivergent (ADHD & autism) and are learning to navigate systems that weren’t built for them. My approach is rooted in mindfulness and draws from evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & Acceptance Commitment Therapy. I will help you develop greater awareness of your thoughts and emotions, shift unhelpful patterns and build a stronger connection to your values.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected; therapy can be a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create meaningful change. I offer a calm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore what’s working in your life (and what isn’t) at your own pace.

Outside of sessions, I’m a home baker, a cat mom, and a lifelong music enthusiast. If you’re curious about working together, reach out. I’d love to see how I can support you.
