About my clients, me, and my approach

I work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or burned out, whether from trauma, depression, anxiety, or the weight of daily life. Many of my clients want to better understand themselves, manage stress, and build stronger relationships. I offer a space to explore what’s behind the pain. Whether it’s past abuse, work stress, ADHD, or systemic injustice, I can support you as you move forward with clarity and strength.

I use proven approaches like EMDR, ACT, and CBT to help clients heal from trauma, anxiety, and stress. But more than any method, I believe therapy should fit you. I work collaboratively so you can take ownership of your journey. Whether that means processing the past or building tools for the present. Together, we’ll find what works for you.

If you're facing a tough time or feeling stuck in your relationships, you're not alone—and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. I offer a down-to-earth, supportive space where you can talk honestly without judgment. Whether you're sorting through stress, anger, grief, or just trying to understand what’s going on, we’ll work together to make sense
